From published terms to an award decision.

Visibility, participation and opening are separate choices. Keep published terms, proposals and award decisions linked without exposing private buying records.

01

Publish with intention

Prepare tender requirements and immutable published bases. Decide visibility, participation and opening separately; global directory listing requires an explicit opt-in.

Publication has its own approval. Approving a requisition does not publish a tender.

02

Receive proposals, not loose files

Suppliers can participate as themselves or through an authorized business, price requirements, attach a proposal PDF and share selected credential revisions.

Saved drafts scoped to the account and publication version help resume work. Free-text requirements support net-price proposals; unresolved catalog or tax data blocks order creation.

03

Respect the opening

Track sealed receipts without exposing proposal contents. Access to identities, amounts and evidence follows the published opening policy.

Review available proposals and evidence before a human award decision. These controls are not certified sealed-bid custody.

04

Document the award

Select an eligible quotation for the whole tender through a separate human approval. Preserve the decision and its publication context.

An award does not issue an order or pay a supplier. Split awards and advanced weighted evaluation remain outside the implemented scope.

Tender & RFQ Preparation

Local implementation, pending rollout: draft requests for quotation and tenders with request links, line specifications, quantities, deadlines and an invitation register. Manage lifecycle states without treating invitation records as delivered emails.

Versioned Tender Publication

Local implementation, pending rollout: approve immutable published terms and control portal activation, public, unlisted or private visibility, participation and opening separately. Unlisted links are not confidential; publication approval is not an award.

Public Tender Discovery

Local implementation, pending rollout: browse opted-in tender publications and buyer portals with participation, country and category filters on the loaded page. Public views omit internal estimates and competitor proposals; this is not certified public-procurement compliance.

Account-Based Tender Participation

Local implementation, pending rollout: confirmed-email accounts can join eligible open public tenders personally or through an authorized business. Restricted opportunities retain their access rules; registration does not approve the supplier or grant access to private buyer data.

Saved Proposal Drafts

Local implementation, pending rollout: save and resume proposal inputs scoped to the account, applicant and publication version, with revision-conflict checks. Saving is not submission; uploaded document references do not replace file uploads.

Tender-Linked Supplier Quotations

Local implementation, pending rollout: receive supplier proposals or record external quotations against published tender lines, with net prices and optional PDF proposals. Free-text lines keep unknown taxes pending; standalone direct-buy quotation capture remains planned.

Detailed Quotation Review

Local implementation, pending rollout and its detail-read migration: inspect quoted products, quantities, prices, pending taxes, shared evidence and authorized supplier contacts alongside award and order approvals. Document presence does not prove acceptance or authenticity.

Sealed Proposal Visibility & Receipts

Local implementation, pending application rollout: view receipt counts and timestamped activity while supplier identity, amounts and attachments stay hidden until the published opening conditions allow access. This is not certified sealed-bid custody.

Private Credentials & Shared Evidence

Local implementation, pending rollout: upload personal credentials as private immutable revisions and explicitly share selected evidence with a proposal. Buyers access only shared revisions after opening; issuer verification, AI review and organization credential authority remain planned.

Whole-Tender Award Approval

Local implementation, pending rollout: select one supplier quotation for the whole tender through a separate policy-controlled award decision. Unresolved requirements block progression; split awards and advanced weighted evaluation remain planned.

Clear boundaries are part of the product.

These pages describe implemented workflows in the reviewed repositories, not a guarantee that every environment has been deployed or configured. Confirm availability before running a live procurement process.

Who can participate in a tender?

Participation is configured independently of visibility. Open public tenders can accept authenticated accounts with confirmed email and authorized business identities. Approved-supplier and invitation-only tenders retain their restrictions. Public listing does not approve a supplier.

Are uploaded certifications automatically verified?

No. Selected private evidence revisions can accompany a proposal and follow its disclosure rules. An upload is not issuer verification, regulatory certification or automatic acceptance; unresolved required evidence can block downstream decisions.

Can government teams use this for procurement?

Government teams can evaluate administrative coordination, supplier records, requests and decision traceability. This is not a claim of compliance with public procurement law, certified sealed-bid custody or a replacement for mandatory government systems. Validate the applicable legal and operational requirements first.

Does AI evaluate or award proposals automatically?

No. The procurement assessment worker, certificate authenticity verification and autonomous award decisions are not offered as implemented capabilities here. Human approval stages and explicit permissions govern the documented workflow.
