Bring clarity to every purchase.

Organize suppliers, purchase requests, human approvals and purchase orders. Keep sourcing terms and recorded acceptance connected without confusing an order with a receipt or payment.

Request approval does not approve an order. Purchase orders depend on eligible awarded quotations; direct purchasing without a tender is not implemented.

Explore the purchasing workspace.

Navigate requests, suppliers, approvals and orders. Try the rule simulator and inspect inventory minimums in the same applications your team uses.

Interactive demos with fictional data. Changes are not saved: publishing, approval decisions, uploads, proposal submissions, orders and payments are disabled.

Browse requests by approval status, switch views and open a request to inspect its lines and linked tender.

From a purchasing need to an approved order.

Manage supplier relationships, requisition revisions and approval rules. Tender publication and supplier proposals have their own dedicated workspace.

01

Know your suppliers

Maintain private supplier relationships, contacts, categories and commercial terms. Connect verified representatives without adding suppliers to your sales pipeline.

Supplier approval belongs to each buyer relationship; it is not universal accreditation.

02

Structure the request

Prepare requisitions with catalog costs or explicit service estimates. Submit a fixed revision and route it through eligible human approvers.

Versioned rules and simulation make thresholds, quorum and self-approval settings explicit.

03

Set the approval rules

Define versioned policies, thresholds and eligible human approvers. Simulate the rules before using them to resolve a purchase request.

Simulation is not authorization. Requisition, award and purchase-order approvals remain independent decisions.

04

Award, then order

Keep award and purchase-order approvals separate. Generate an order from the eligible awarded quotation without creating a duplicate document on retry.

Non-stock acceptance is supported separately. Full stock receipts, bill matching and reconciliation remain outside this workflow.

Your purchasing toolkit.

Explore each capability, its workflow and its boundaries. Availability depends on the modules, permissions and deployment enabled for your workspace.

Private Supplier Directory

Local implementation, pending rollout: manage workspace-private suppliers, contacts, categories, commercial terms, notes and activity, with search and lifecycle filters. Supplier approval is not certification verification.

Supplier Representation Access

Local implementation, pending rollout: grant or revoke supplier representation for verified accounts. Contact details and company records do not automatically authorize access or establish legal representation.

Catalog Sourcing & Supplier Terms

Local implementation, pending rollout: enable procurement independently of checkout and record dated supplier prices, currencies, purchase units, conversion factors, minimum quantities and lead times. Procurement-only sales exclusion remains planned.

Versioned Purchase Requests

Local implementation, pending rollout: prepare requisitions with catalog costs or explicit service estimates, quantities and tax snapshots. Submitted revisions preserve the financial basis for human approval; approval does not authorize an order.

Purchase Request Revalidation

Local implementation, pending rollout: reopen eligible approved requests as new revisions with unchanged financial content. Preserve prior lines and votes while requiring fresh submission and approval under the current policy.

Procurement Rules & Simulation

Local implementation, pending rollout: version workspace policies, net-amount and currency thresholds, scoped rules, cumulative requirements and explicit fallbacks. Simulations explain outcomes but never authorize transactions; AI decisions are not implemented.

Human Procurement Approvals

Local implementation, pending rollout: review request, publication, award and order approval queues with eligible approvers, quorum, reasons and self-approval controls. Decisions bind to saved revisions; automated escalation and AI approval remain planned.

Approved Procurement Orders

Local implementation, pending rollout: generate a purchase order once from an awarded quotation after independent order approval, preserving source lines and taxes. Unresolved catalog or tax data blocks creation; orders do not imply receipt, invoicing or payment.

Partial Non-Stock Acceptance

Local implementation, pending rollout: record partial accepted order quantities with notes and duplicate-submission protection. This limited non-stock acceptance does not post inventory, allocate supplier bills, reconcile discrepancies or record payment.

Inventory Minimums & Requisition Drafts

Local implementation, pending rollout: use recorded stock by SKU and location, minimums, targets and purchase multiples to create in-app alerts or draft requisitions with duplicate guards. Automated checks require worker deployment and scheduling; no orders or payments are placed automatically.

Clear boundaries are part of the product.

These pages describe implemented workflows in the reviewed repositories, not a guarantee that every environment has been deployed or configured. Confirm availability before running a live procurement process.

Does an award update inventory or pay a supplier?

No. Award, order, acceptance, vendor bill and payment are distinct events. The current flow does not provide full SKU/location stock receipts, three-way matching, automatic reconciliation or payment execution.

Does AI evaluate or award proposals automatically?

No. The procurement assessment worker, certificate authenticity verification and autonomous award decisions are not offered as implemented capabilities here. Human approval stages and explicit permissions govern the documented workflow.

Can government teams use this for procurement?

Government teams can evaluate administrative coordination, supplier records, requests and decision traceability. This is not a claim of compliance with public procurement law, certified sealed-bid custody or a replacement for mandatory government systems. Validate the applicable legal and operational requirements first.
