How Makinari helps Incoming Rappi and Uber Eats orders for the kitchen
A restaurant sells to consumers through Rappi or Uber Eats: this B2C channel is not presented as D2C selling. Use your authorized Rappi or Uber Eats application credentials, connect stores and configure authorization/webhooks. The advanced “Use my own application” option requires a developer application with approved API access, registered redirects, menu readiness, provider permissions and authorization for each store mapped to a native location. Validate a pilot and actual activation; saving application credentials is neither account-password login nor store activation on its own.
Orders arrive in Orders awaiting acceptance. Review instructions, lines and preparation time: Uber Eats supports accept, deny and cancel; Rappi supports accept and reject, plus ready-for-pickup only when the provider has enabled that feature and it is configured. Provider confirmation releases preparation and printing, not an optimistic response. Imported items, extras and totals are authoritative provider snapshots and are not recalculated using local promotions. Shipments displays available external delivery and courier details without requesting an additional courier or charging the customer again. An imported sale does not establish payout settlement; financial reconciliation, catalog mapping and inventory require separate review.
Key Workflows
- In Integrations, select the advanced own-application option, configure authorized application credentials, redirects and webhooks and map approved stores to active locations.
- Open the incoming order in Orders, review its snapshots and instructions and submit a supported action with preparation time; wait for provider confirmation.
- Prepare and print released lines, consult external delivery in Shipments and resolve pending states without repeating charges or requesting another delivery.
